  • 1 cup (200g) candy corn
  • 1 cup pretzels, broken into pieces

  • 2 tablespoons Halloween sprinkles (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn: Pop 12 cups of popcorn using an air popper, microwave, or stovetop. Let cool completely.
  2. Prepare workspace: Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled popcorn, broken pretzels, and peanuts (if using). Toss gently.
  4. Melt white chocolate: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, stirring constantly, until smooth (about 3-4 minutes). Alternatively, microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each.
  5. Add candy corn: Remove melted chocolate from heat. Stir in 3/4 cup candy corn until slightly softened but still visible.
  6. Combine everything: Pour chocolate mixture over popcorn mixture. Fold gently with a spatula or lightly oiled hands until evenly coated.
